I will never let that happen.
I will make it happen.
I will have that.
I will not have that.
I will be there.
I will never be the same.
I will . . .

find a way!

“Where there’s a will
there’s a way,”
goes an old saying.
But what is it that takes
over me when my simple
“I’ll look into the difficulty”
becomes “I’ll nail him to the wall
if it’s the last thing I do!”?

Like a fanatic, I lay my life
on the altar
of rabid justification.

I ask myself,
not wanting to answer,
which one was it this time?
